Hi, I'm Jonas.

Jonas Santhosh

I'm a product engineer and customer success engineer who cares as much about the people using a product as the code behind it. I own products end-to-end - design, build, ship, support - across React, Next.js and TypeScript on the front-end and the backend and mobile that sit behind them.

At FlutterFlow I work front-line for developers building on an AI/low-code stack: reproducing gnarly bugs across APIs, auth, Supabase, Firebase and deployments. I turn messy feedback into high-signal product insight - and I think beyond the ticket to why products succeed.

    Wireframes, technical choices and architecture. We validate the approach before writing code.

    Short iterations, regular check-ins, tested and versioned code. You follow the progress.

What kind of work do you take on?
End-to-end product work: React/Next.js front-ends, Supabase/Firebase backends, mobile with Flutter, internal tooling, AI agents & automation - plus the customer-success instinct to make sure it actually lands.
Do you work remotely?
Yes - I work remotely across APAC and beyond, and collaborate async-first with overlapping hours as needed.
Can you own a product end-to-end?
That’s my favourite mode. Openlynk was built solo from dashboard to SDKs to docs - design, build, deploy and support.
What makes your support background useful as a product engineer?
Years of reproducing and root-causing real user problems means I build with edge cases, observability and the actual user journey in mind - product decisions grounded in how people really use the thing.
